My husband and I were longtime patients of Dr. McLean, so we didn’t like the idea of change. However, Dr. Lauran was fantastic - caring, empathetic, yet thorough. We highly recommend. Also, her office staff are very nice, pleasant, and helpful - even with payment options for those without dental coverage. We were so comfortable that we switched our 14-year-old from a ped dentist factory to this practice. 5 stars!

My husband and I have been Dr McLean’s patients since 1994 and we loved him ! That being said we miss him but glad he’s enjoying his retirement! I was afraid we would need to find a new dental practice but was so pleased that Dr Lauren took on the task of filling Dr McLean’s shoes! I especially liked that Dr McLean’ lovely staff remained-Ronnie, Kiana, Teri, and Daniele! They had to make me a crown after a root canal and Dr Lauren was great! Please give this practice a chance and you’ll be pleased!

Fast, friendly, and thorough service. Dr. Thompson-Williams was excellent! She made me feel super comfortable and informed. Terry was great and everyone was welcoming from beginning to end. Beautiful office

This was my second visit to see Dr. McLean, he made me feel very comfortable. He is a pleasure to talk with. He had two complicated situations with my teeth and I never felt even any discomfort. He is a very thorough and gentle dentist. The staff was super helpful on the phone, online and in office. I’m so glad I found them!

They didn’t inform me my insurance would be out of network which they don’t technically have to do. However, if they had done that it would have saved a lot of problems for both parties. It took them 5+ months to finally file a claim with my insurance. I received the bill which showed I owed for a cleaning, so I waited for my explanation of benefits. By the time I got that and realized they were out of network, my 6 months cleaning was a few days away. I called to cancel and told them they were out of network. The receptionist said I owed them money and I said “I know because I just found out you’re out of network” and I did not pay at that time. The very next day they apparently sent me to collections…. Not even 30 days after sending me the initial bill showing I owed them. I liked the de
