From the moment I first visited the office, I was impressed by the exceptional team. Their communication, and outstanding customer service. Dr. Malek herself is a rare pearl in a vast sea. She is remarkable when it comes to bone grafts, gum grafts, and dental implants. I previously had a dental implant done by another provider that did not turn out well, and the experience was extremely traumatizing. Naturally, the idea of redoing the implant made me very nervous. However, Dr. Malek’s skill made all the difference. My recovery after her procedures was minimal—typically just one to two days of mild soreness without bruising. I felt initially scared to see a periodontist, but Dr. Malek quickly put me at ease. She was incredibly thorough, clear in her plan, and never pressured me to rush into anything. Her work is meticulous, efficient, and truly artistic. She also has excellent bedside manner. I felt safe and well cared for. Even if I move away, I’d fly back to work with her. She’s exceptional. I was really nervous about getting a gum graft, but Dr. Malek explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The procedure and recovery process went smoothly (better than I expected) and we are both really happy with my results. Also, the team in the office is very friendly and helpful! Today I got a teeth cleaning by Amber, and this is by far one of the best cleaning experiences I’ve ever had. Amber took the time to explain to me beforehand everything that she was going to do, she was so gentle and intentional with how she handled me, and she gave me sensory descriptions of what I would feel for every tool that she used on me. Which is just so bright and intelligent because say you do have sensory issues at least you’re able to prepare yourself. I love that they use state of the art equipment, but the equipment is only as good as the person using it, and I would have to say that she by far was the most professional, gentle, and just considerate hygienist that I’ve ever experienced in my life. Dr. Malek is such a wonderful doctor. I had a terrible receiving gum line and she did the surgery for me. I was afraid it was going to be painful and the recovery would be long, but it was not. She is such a professional and her entire Office staff is terrific. She communicated candidly from the beginning what was going to take place and she was completely correct. I would recommend her to anyone!
