Great place to go get your teeth cleaned properly along with a Zoom Whitening session. My dental hygienist was awesome. She explained each step of the cleaning process and even showed me charts that gave me feedback on gum health, etc. She was gentle, but thorough and super skillful. The Dentist mapped out a couple of potential issues and how to address them, without any pressure to move forward. Will definitely be going back!

Unfortunately, Dr. Thomas was on leave for my appointment date in March 2026 and the office did not notify me prior to my appointment that I would be seeing a different dentist. I tried to have trust in the dental practice and had my appointment with Dr. Diaz. Dr. Diaz injured my palate with the injection of the numbing agent. The roof of my mouth immediately swelled up and got a bubble, like a blister. I continued with the treatment that was scheduled and they assured me the swelling and bubble would go away. Due to an error by either the office or CVS, I had no pain medication to help me deal with the pain. The next day, they were able to get me in for Dr. Diaz to look at the swelling and the bubble. This office has changed. The staff is very. This office has really changed I love the environment here! Management is amazing, and a beautiful young lady named Leslie helped my husband Frederick today. She got him approved for the two crowns he needed and made the process so easy. Jennifer was also wonderful and took great care of him during his cleaning. I’ll definitely be recommending this office. Thank you so much, Leslie, for all your help! 💙

Dr Thomas completed my crowns in December and did a marvelous job. Pressi does an outstanding job with the cleaning. They are the reason I stay at Awesome Smiles. However, the management staff is not courteous and professional. I have had multiple issues with payments not posted to my account, over billing, and overcharging. I am presently still awaiting a refund of near $900 that I have inquired about for two months when I was overcharged for crowns. I am told they are processing it and there is no one else I can call to make sure it is processed. Dr Thomas and Pressi get a 5, but the management staff is the reason for a score of 3.

Never go to this dental clinic! I went there because they said they accepted the Careington 500 plan. Before my visit, I asked how much the new-patient exam, X-ray, and cleaning would cost, and they told me it would be around $30. They also told me to arrive by 8:45 AM—but when I got there, no one was even inside. I stood outside until 9 AM because the doors were still locked. Then during the X-ray, the sensor wasn’t working. They tried the same spot three times, then moved me to another room and repeated it again. It was extremely painful and exhausting. After all that, the doctor looked at my teeth and said everything looked fine—but suddenly the hygienist came in and said, after reviewing the X-ray, that I needed a deep cleaning.
