Don’t come. This doctor spent less than 3 minutes with you, do a bunch of test and referrals, and never really see your wound or look at your situation. And then he kept charging me bills like crazy. I spent more than a thousand dollars because of him but still feeling sick. I am not even that bad but imagine if you are very sick, you will miss your chances to get better and cost a lot of money

One of the worst doctors I’ve ever encountered. Dr. Major ordered an EKG and sleep study for my high blood pressure and took nearly two weeks to follow up. His nurse said he found “something” in my EKG and insisted I schedule a follow-up. I waited another two weeks, only for him to no-show after I sat in the exam room for over an hour—he walked by several times but never came in. The nurse later said he had an “emergency” and would call me. I paid $60 for an appointment he requested and didn’t attend. When he finally called hours later, he couldn’t explain the results and just referred me to his cardiologist colleague. I have no symptoms or history of heart issues. Dr. Major is a super nice guy but his office has gone way down hill since I started with him. If I had $100, I would bet $95 of those dollars that I would call his office on any given time they are posted to be open of not reaching someone. When I visit in person it is at least a 45 minute wait and I can tell the front desk workers are burnt out and the phone is constantly ringing. I highly recommend patients switch their doctors and to just stay away from this office.

I was with Dr. Mark for over 6 years, but things got worse over time. He rushes through appointments and doesn’t take the time to listen. They never follow up on lab results—even when there are serious issues. I recently changed my insurance and gave them my new info when I booked an appointment. After using my sick day, I showed up just to be told at the front desk that they don’t take my insurance. No call, no warning—just wasted time. Completely unprofessional and careless. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I had a truly positive experience. The front desk staff was kind, patient, and professional from start to finish. I want to especially highlight Karina — she’s bilingual and took the time to explain everything to me in my native language (Spanish) with clarity and care. I rarely leave reviews, but this time I genuinely felt seen, understood, and appreciated. That makes all the difference.
