I lived directly behind. The owner is a jerk. I would politely ask him to call his cats back over when they used my sandbox as a bathroom and he said I was harassing him. Why would you put your elderly family members with them?

Place sucks.. Workers just smoke all day in the backyard. Also there is no parking!!
