Wonderful staff. I've had relatives at other more modern facilities, but the patient to staff ratio was poor. I was very impressed with the knowledge and compassion of the staff at Majestic Oaks. They were patient and very helpful to my family member who was a recent patient there. They were so attentive and caring. There was always someone to speak with on the days I wasn't able to visit. To me staff to patient ratio is one of the most important aspects of a facility like this.

If I could give 0 stars, that still wouldn’t be low enough. If you listen to any of the reviews, please let it be this one. Do NOT trust this facility to look after your loved ones, especially if they need 24/7 care. I would never want another family to go through what mine just did. As someone who read the reviews prior to agreeing to move a loved one here, listen when I say - please take your loved ones somewhere safer.

I rarely do reviews, but I am so compelled to compliment all the staff.There friendly,professional and it's obvious they care deeply for their patients. My Mom has been to a few nursing homes,Majestic Oaks far surpasses our past experiences. I don't know everyone by name but My Mom's Aide Marcella has provided Mom the best care I could ever want,Marcella deeply cares & has had a very positive impact on Mom's health. With uncertainty I gave this rehab a chance due to location and I was not disappointed. My grandmother recieved great care. Rehab unit was updated clean therapy was terrific!
