Very poor communication within the facility. Family member was high risk for falls, and she fell twice, and neglect was substantiated both times. I asked that a chair alarm be used and was told the alarm would disturb the other residents. The second fall required a visit to the ER and two days later the facility decided to use a chair alarm. A little too late. I would advise looking at other facilities for your loved one. I would give negative stars if I could.
A long time supplier of jobs for those living in and around Point Pleasant area. . . What is left of LAKIN STATE HOSPITAL is just a shell of itself. . .
I wouldn't let my worst enemy stay here, roaches everywhere, seems like pee, it's disgusting!!!
I love this place they give me chocolate milk
