This was a really good experience going to the urgent Care. The facility is very clean and tidy. They have a automated kiosk where you sign in, if you need to speak with a live receptionist you have the option. However the kiosk was quick and helpful. The wait time was very short. And the staff were friendly and informative.

We had such a positive experience at KidsStreet Urgent Care. The staff was kind, patient, and truly wonderful with my child. From check-in to discharge, everything was smooth, organized, and efficient. The provider took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood the plan of care before leaving. My child felt comfortable and even smiled through the visit — which says a lot! The clinic was clean, welcoming, and child-friendly. We were seen in a reasonable amount of time and never felt rushed. It’s clear they care about their patients and families. So thankful to have this resource close by. Highly recommend KidsStreet for pediatric urgent care needs! 💙🩺

I had a wonderful experience! This place is clean, there was no wait time, I was seen promptly and had the best care. This has been the best urgent care experience I have ever had! The staff were amazing and attentive. I saw the Nurse Practitioner, Charlene, and she was so helpful. I am also glad that they have a kids urgent care in the same building. So needed. I will not be going to any other urgent care facility!!

01/8/26 4:43 pm ... Ladies at the desk are so rude! They thought I didn't over hear their conversation today about me bringing in my daughter for chest pain and 2 of the nurses said very rudely "OMG IDK WHY SHE EVEN BROUGHT HER CHILD IN FOR CHEST PAIN ITS A WASTE OF TIME".. I will definitely not be coming back to this place they don't care at all.

Great service, got me in quick, got me out quick, super nice staff and also tested me for flu, COVID,and strep quick
