I have came here many times for urgent care appointments with my kids. The practitioners are knowledgeable and fast. I do not want to stay hours at the doctor especially when my kids are sick! I highly recommend !

Staff is friendly. But actually getting to talk to them is the absolute worst experience I've ever had. There is no one at the front desk, just a little kiosk to check in. You cant call on the phone. If you do call, leave your number, someone will call you from a call center. Not the clinic. If my employer wasn't paying, I'd have left. While I was in the waiting room, alone two people came in, absolute walked out. Absolute worst customer service set up I've ever seen. The DMV is more funn.

I recently moved to the area and have not established my primary care network yet. I had an excellent experience today at Main Street family care. I was able to schedule an appointment within an hour, the check-in process was easy and very straightforward, my intake person (height, weight, etc.) and my provider were personable and professional. All of my questions and concerns were answered and addressed. I feel completely comfortable returning for my primary care needs.

It was my first time here. They were very friendly and thorough. For all the test that were done I was not there very long. I also liked that they were able to do an X-ray. I think will be back if I ever need them again

Came in on a Sunday back in August. Didn’t meet anyone but the physician for 5 minutes who couldn’t do anything for me unfortunately other than refill an old nasal spray. No front desk staff, everything is done on the IPad as self check in. Paid about $15. 3 months later I get a text stating that they’re going to charge my card $100+ for the services stating that my insurance won’t be covering it. So I contact my insurance because every was verified & covered upon arrive as stated on the Check in IPad. They’re confused, trying to get In contact with Main Street billing & staff. It’s impossible to talk to someone there. Was supposed to get a call back, never got a call back. I messaged them through my portal & they said that the message sent about a bill being charged to the card was an err
