These guys were AWESOME. I was on my bachelorette trip here in Savannah and stepped on a shard of glass and could NOT get it out or walk or anything on my foot, and we called them and they took me in 20 minutes before closing time. They were thorough, thoughtful, kind, and compassionate. I was wearing a tiny dress and had to lay on my tummy, and they doctor kindly placed a drape over me so I wasn't all hanging out LOL! As a nurse I was nothing but jazzed about being under these guy's care. You cool kids ROCK

Medical assistant that created me was compassionate and polite. Wait was short. Checkin process was different (all kiosk) but efficient. Anna Horne (Henderson) PA was very thorough. Went stepwise through diagnostics until we got an answer. Went diagnostic results and interpretation. Overall great experience. Hopefully don’t need them again but would definitely go back if the need arises.

They were fast, precise, and very clean. Got my whole family ti the back quickly and provided amazing service. I won't go anywhere else from now on.

My experience with MainStreet was awesome! The staff was completely professional and courteous. The wait time was short and the process was comfortable.

Booked an online appointment for my child's school sports physical and this place was extremely efficient, friendly and quick. The check in process was so simple. There was no wait. I definitely would come to this establishment again.
