Went in extremely late. Hated the automatic check in machine but the ladies working were absolutely wonderful.. they were kind and thoughtful, working over an hr past closing time to not only get me feeling better, but also personally looking for the best pharmacy clostest to my hotel, being that I am from out of the country. The medication has been a life saver. The staff were kind and empathetic. THANK YOU!

The nurse practitioner that we saw today was very nice and knowledgeable. She even gave my daughter a little gift before we left and it made her day especially because it was her favorite color. Would love to have her as our primary physician.

The customer service was excellent! The CRNP and Medical assistant were perfection. I was afraid to get my x2 shots for double ear infections but while receiving them I couldn’t even feel a thing! I was very pleased. Absolutely will refer others to come here.

I had a 8:00 appt only to show up and the facility wasn’t even open. By the time they arrived to open the building I had missed my appointment. I still checked in at the kiosk and was told no one was ahead of me by the automated system but they triaged a guy that checked in after I checked my daughter in, before us. My 4 yr old needed up being positive for flu and RSV, they gave her Tamiflu. The next day I sent a message through the portal but still haven’t received a response. So I called and spoke to someone at another facility because evidently you can’t speak directly to the facility you visited. I then asked for Tamiflu for the rest of the people in the house. Pre-check in and appointment set up online was fast and easy, which made scanning the QR Code to check in once I got there even faster. I arrived early, and after I scanned my code, I was sitting for less than a full minute before they called me back. Super attentive, super professional and helpful, kind, extremely informative and efficient. Absolutely will be going back for sick emergencies like today.
