My experience at this place was wonderful. Staff assisted me with sign in. There were 3 ahead of me and the wait was very reasonable. They were able to take an X-ray and make a quick diagnosis at an affordable price. Everyone was friendly, team oriented and genuinely caring. I highly recommend, especially to those who are self pay.

1st time ever being seen at Fast Med, they're not my regular doctor's office but they were just as thorough and very kind the entire time I was there. They answered questions fully without making me feel stupid; like some doctor's can. They have a great bedside manner about them, would definitely recommend them.

I am visiting family in Locust and needed an urgent care facility. I chose MainStreet Family Care because my family that lives in Locust recommended it and they have a 4.8 rating. I was not disappointed with any of my Care! Registration and checking is so easy-all automated. I got right in, the admin nurse was very efficient getting my info, my tests were run right in the office, the other nurse came in and discussed my tests and I was on my way. They called my meds in to a local CVS pharmacy, and they were ready when I got there! The ladies in the office were super professional, polite and very friendly! It's kinda scary when you have to go out of town for medical services, but the whole experience was great! Thanks ladies at MainSteeet Family Care!

I will always recommend this urgent care over any others! Every staff member goes above and beyond to make sure that you’re heard. They truly care about your needs, making you feel human. They’ve never been dismissive or made my health feel like an afterthought. The entire staff needs a raise and deserves a cold pillow every night. Forever thankful for this place! They’ve never let me down.

Walked in at 7:15 pm with my elderly mother. Had some issues signing in to kiosk and someone was quick to respond and help me past that glitch. Everyone was absolutely wonderful there. She was quickly seen, tested and diagnosed. We left at 8:20 which was 20 mins past their closing time and at no time were we made to feel rushed or like they were aggravated we came in so late. Kudos to this clinic for saving us a trip to the ER.
