If you want to experience what the future is like with no humans than this is the place for you. Everything is done through a tablet that doesn't work and no one is at the front desk to help. I clicked live help on tablet and waited through 3 "2 minute" timers waiting for a call and it never happened. No other patients in waiting room absolutely ridiculous. Should've been easy in and out

This actually makes me sad to post because I’ve had a great experience with the staff here until today. Today was absolutely awful so much that I walked out of my appointment. I will say that the nurses are wonderful even today but Dr. James Ho who I guess today was his first day there. He is the issue. Terrible bedside manners. I was made to feel like a burden for being there for a Primary care appointment which I booked online and there is a whole page dedicated to them offering these appointments so I booked one. That’s on me I guess. Everyone seemed so confused by me booking a PC appointment and the Dr seemed absolutely annoyed that I was there telling me I should have a pcp assigned because I’m on base but I’m select I don’t go on base. Fast, Efficient excellent care from all involved. Every time I have been to Main Street Urgent Care (since the day they opened) I have been never been disappointed. The staff rocks!! They have an Xray room, quick testing, and more. Have a look at their web site and all they have to offer. I am thankful that I have access to Main Street because it’s not always an ER crisis, which we all know an ER visits often entail hours and hours of wait time in a hospital. MAIN street will also advise you immediately if an ER visit is the route you should go. I highly recommend Main Street Urgent Care of Havelock, NC! You won’t be disappointed.

I came in with flu symptoms two days ago, after waiting for about an hour when I finally got called back, the very nice nurse who saw me before the “doctor”, did a series of questions and then told me pointing at her tablet “this is advising we do a strep and Covid test” I thought well I kind of knew that already because I can look up symptoms on my tablet too and AI or the Internet can tell me “hey you probably need to get tested for this” but I thought as bad as I was feeling better go to a “doctor”…the nurse did the test, she barely touch my nose with the stick for Covid, remember how they usually need to almost feel your brain to do a Covid test or at least get some nasal material on the stick, well she barely touched my nostril, same w

I was very skeptical after reading the reviews but my experience was very nice. I made sure to choose an appointment when they opened so there would be little wait and I was seen immediately. Checking in at the kiosk was easy and I appreciated the masks being provided at the counter. My provider Hannah was very nice as well as the assistant/nurse doing my flu test. I think I may have spent only 20 mins altogether and most of that was waiting for my flu test to come back with the results.
