I came here for a Primary Care appointment. They are open on weekends so it was very convenient for my work schedule. I signed up online and did a bunch of paperwork, and they did accept my insurance. I saw Marisol as my provider. Marisol was very thorough and wanted to make sure all of my concerns were addressed. I then took my sister here for her primary care, and she saw Amanda. Amanda was amazing. They have a really good team here. I felt very cared for and listened to. Referrals and prescriptions were made quickly. For both appointments, we did Saturday morning at 9 am. At that time, there is not really a wait if you get there just before 9.

The only reason you’re getting two stars is because of the physician. As a pediatric urgent care, We were greeted with nasty attitudes from medical assistants. Who made us feel like our child was a burden. She At good luck, it was the biggest hassle in the world because my six-year-old who’ve been screaming for two hours, Was Exhausted in my arms and did not want to stand on the scale and get her weight. As they are in, I understand the importance of weight with dosing medication. However, there were other options available. The nursing staff was cussing at the nurses station and we could hear it in the room. They were loud beating and banging noises to the point of the medical assistant could not hear us speak for a brief moment. Your computer check in, while quick, Makes the place

Made an appointment online, filled out the forms quickly, only had to wait 40 minutes. One thing I really liked about the building was having two separate sides for adults and children. It’s a Sunday so it was very nice to not have to wait another day for treatment. My nurse and provider were both very nice and helped get me feeling better within hours of my visit. I definitely recommend this place! I appreciated coffee bar area. Everything was clean and organized.

I waited almost 2 hours after my appointment time before leaving. Another couple had the same appointment time as myself, they were seen and left an hour before I decided to make contact. No one at reception desk. I had to knock on the door to the back to get someone to come to the front just to tell me they are running behind. When asked how long it would be i was told they couldn’t tell me. No personnel at reception desk, no one checking in on patients in lobby and no one else in lobby. Would not recommend to anyone. Urgent or not.

The medical assistant was great! Wonderful customer service and made sure my son was comfortable while getting swabs. The medical provider was not. She didn't really look at my son's ears and was very cold, dismissive, and didn't talk much at all.
