The most friendly and down to earth staff I've met in the 25 years I've been a commercial driver. An expectant mother full of joy and professionalism to the other staff members making me feel comfortable. Drug tests are always sensitive in nature and this staff took away the nervousness and intensity a drug test can bring at times. I would recommend anyone to go there to address any medical need they have. I appreciate you all!!!

Tonight, it was amazing. It is the closet urgent care to our house. My son had fallen and got a cut on his face. Couldn’t tell if he’d need stitches. I got online, got an appointment. Drove there. Sat in waiting room maybe 3 mins before they called us back. Got his vitals and then began treating him. Both nurses and doctor were extremely kind and friendly to my child. They were gentle and concerned and had us out of there in probably less than 20 mins. It seriously was amazing. If we’d gone to the ER we’d been there all night. Very thankful for their care.

While this location is always amazing, today’s visit really bothered me. Our doctor was amazing and I cannot say enough good things about her! The problem is that she is the only person in the entire building. That is unsafe and completely unacceptable! Any sort of descent management would have found coverage or came in themselves to help. I feel so bad for the staff that has to put up with this.

I’m always in and out in under 20 minutes. All of the Staff are really friendly and care and listen to you. I also really like the check-in process. It’s very simple and easy to do. They are all very kind Any time one of my children are sick I will choose this facility every time.

I made a last minute appointment here for my autistic 3 year old out of desperation to help get with quick treatment for a UTI without having to wait for his primary care or traumatizing him with a visit to a children’s emergency room. The staff was very patient with me and my son- medical settings are scary and stressful for him; so they make me anxious for him as a parent as well. They listened to my concerns and our symptoms and treated him without hesitation or judgement. I am very grateful to know there is a place near by that will take the concerns and experiences of parents of disabled children seriously. We are lucky to have a facility in our community with health workers thst are compassionate, innovative and adaptable with triage and assessment to help families like ours get prom
