My son fell and hit his head on our coffee table and we unexpectedly had to make a quick trip to the Clayton Main Street Urgent Care. I made an appointment online at 7:40 p.m. for 7:55 p.m appointment that same night (1/29/26). When my son and I pulled into the parking lot at 7:56, and all of the lights were off outside and the open sign was off. When we got to the front door, it was locked and no one was in sight. My son and I knocked on the front door for several minutes before trying the side door and back window. We knocked for about 10 minutes trying to get the attention of the employees inside. Great urgent care facility. Brand new building with high technology and very friendly nurses and doctors. After I checked in, I was called right of way.

Was pleased that it didn't take very long but it was a bit confusing walking in. Kiosk wasn't helpful. Staff and Dr. Were Great! Process to get to even See the Dr is confusing. Need a receptionist that WILL answer questions.Very confusing when you walk in. You don't know WHAT to do where to go? And nobody in front to answer any questions. I was VERY pleased with my experience as a whole. I WOULD recommend!

I am so sick and came here during their last hour open on a Sunday. That was well worth the price. $149 and they took great care of me. Good exam, chest X ray, breathing treatment, prescriptions sent in. Tests for Covid, Flu A and B, Strep. Very thorough. The staff were wonderful, Priscilla and Desiree were so nice and made me feel well taken care of. They listened to my concerns and checked me out good and hopefully I'll be on the mend soon! Really pleased with that experience.

Once I checked in at the kiosk clear sailing all the way. I suggest registering on line before appt. Everyone was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was so impressed. They thought of everything.
