4/5 for wait time, although I was a walk in. Check in process is on an iPad that is very user friendly. Overall, my experience with the MA and provider was 5/5! I came here for pre-employment testing and had trouble with the lab codes my employee provided, however the MA went above and beyond to try to get everything sorted out and completed. Much appreciated!

I wanted to thank you for the fast courtesy service you gave me today. It's always a pleasure to go somewhere and receive good service from people who care. The young lady with the needle was extremely good. I never felt it penetrate my skin. I'm waiting on CVS to call for me to go get my steroid pack. Respectfully, Jerry W. Bass

I had recommendations from my Physician in hand as follow up to my symptoms when I came here for what I thought would be straight forward. After being "diagnosed" by the lead practioner after less than 2 minutes of review, she refused treatment or assistance if any kind to me. To which I responded we have the results and recommendations. I ultimately bluntly asked "so you're refusing to help me today"....her direct answer was "yes, im not giving you anything". Isn't this against a doctor's oath? I mean I had MY personal Physician recommendations in hand, but no this practitioner who believes she has more knowledge and forced me to understand she "has the medical degree" knows better? I left and promptly went to the ER with same. After receiving proper treatment and care, I felt better with

If I could give no stars I would. I showed up at opening time to find no one was there until 5 minutes after opening time. Checked in on the kiosk because apparently they don’t have a front desk person. I was then given a QR code to check in with again and when I tried to use it all it said was I couldn’t be checked in yet and to try back in 5 minutes. A staff member came out from the back and tried to check me in and it gave her the same message and all she said is ok well you will need to wait. After finally getting checked in 20 minutes into this it ask for a copay which I refused because I have met my Out Of Pocket for this year and the staff says that they are unable to see me without collecting the copay. Very upset and disappointed, I know for the future not to return here.

We went in with my son who was diagnosed with strep by another clinic and after 5 days of antibiotics, he was not any better. After running another strep and flu test, both being negative, they were quick to recommend another test and he was positive. They were very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
