Authur Jewel is a great local doctors office. They meet the needs of our family and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I used to go to another office locally, who botched my health plan and made things worse for me. The staff at Arthur Jewel listed to my concerns and came up with successful treatments for me.

The prior nurse practitioner as well as the current one are very nice, but I needed good health care more than anything. There were test results that weren't read, and tests that were missing. My husband should have received a blood test for PSA regularly, and he did not. I had to ask for referrals when I should have been told I needed referrals to specialists. You have to be vigilant to get blood tests and other tests, and to get the staff to read and interpret your results properly. When you do get results, they don't bother to tell you what they mean, so I've had to look up what the results mean myself. You shouldn't have to do that! I have been going to this practice for many years. I love Dr. Carin and her nurse Jodi :-) They always explain to me about my health questions or concerns. Elaine and tammy are always very polite when answer the phone! Great practice :-)

Dr. Karen is an amazing dr. And staff is very personable, and caring. They all remember your name even when you call!!

Not really the best place if you need a knowledgeable doctor.
