MaineHealth Primary Care - Family and Internal Medicine - Kennebunk

Melissa Beauregard is a fantastic doctor! I highly recommend her. She's very kind and listens to all my concerns and questions attentively. I feel more confident about my health than ever having the experience of Mainehealth primary care. Mychart response time from other staff could be improved. Nearly everytime i send a message to my doctor, no matter how personal, some staff that I dont know responds to it. Feels kind of like an invasion of privacy. Otherwise a fantastic place. Still 5 stars.

I have only had positive experiences receiving primary care here. Dr. Evan Bachman and NP Melissa Beauregard have been extremely compassionate providers. They hear my concerns and take action on them- never being dismissive. I feel very grateful to have them for my primary care.

I am writing a review on the staff that I just dealt with via phone screaming at me because I am apparently supposed to fax the correct documentation FOR HER, since she cannot figure out how to do it herself. It is very sad that our mutual patient has to suffer because of the lack of awareness this woman possesses. I didn't get her name, unfortunately, because she started chewing my head off as soon as I picked up the phone. She was supposed to be sending the correct documentation needed for a mutual patient of Dr. Cullen. Hopefully she can go back and really read the 5 requests that we have recently sent over and be able to do her job, but I'm not holding my breath.

Dr. Cullen was the bad experience. He belittles people he doesn't want to send you to specialist as he feels he is a God and can fix all. Had to change doctors because he was uncaring. Do yourself a favor don't use dr. Cullen

Great staff, conscientious physicians. I recently moved to Maine(from Mass), they helped get me an appointment and the referrals I need, in a challenging time, so I can see my oncologists in Boston.
