I go there often for lab work and I always find the people at Registration and the Lab very helpful, courteous and kind.
What an outstanding experience! I was treated with dignity, respect, professionalism, and kindness! I had an epidural procedure in the Pain Clinic that went so smoothly. The staff was competent and compassionate. All details regarding the procedure were explained fully and I was supported all the way from start to finish. I am very thankful for the awesome staff at Parkview-Nancy, Kaitlyn, Terry, and Chris! And, of course, I am blessed to have the best physician ever, Dr. Michael Carl! Thank you to all!
Always get good service.
This place is really irresponsible in their ER and ICU care. They gave me 50 of fentanyl and neglected to alert my health care proxy when they pulled my plug and removed my breathing tube tube, and neglected to notice me struggling to breathe before I flatlined during my Klonopin overdose. They also lost several of my belongings. This place needs help.
