Main Street Radiology

Very unprofessional experience. I went to Main Street Radiology after being told by their office over the phone that I could come in as a walk-in. When I arrived, the person at the front door refused to let me enter, even while I was actively on the phone confirming with their staff that walk-ins were allowed. There was poor communication among staff and a complete lack of professionalism. Patients should not be treated this way or denied access due to internal confusion. This caused unnecessary stress and delayed my medical care. For clarity and accountability, I will be adding a photo of the individual involved so management can properly address this issue. I expect much better coordination and respect from a medical facility.

Went in for a cleaning and clearing of my fistula for dialysis. From start to end I, delt with the nicest and most caring staff. They didn't make me feel like a patient but like a long time friend. The entire staff put me at such ease. I, have to say from Dr Shao, to nurse Jackie and Paul the technician assigned, top notch in care and comfort! 10 out of 10!

12/12/2025, 3rd Floor , Flushing, Main Street Radiology, so many patients were standing in line either for inquiry only or waiting for examinations, only one staff who sit on the left facing to the elevator was slowly serving, meanwhile another senior female staff who was sitting on the right, facing to the elevator, responsible to bring patients into bone density room, she totally ignored the patients in line, in front of so many people, spoke loudly over the phone for herself appointment at least 24 minutes since I was in line, she answered the questions over the phone regarding her full personal information by telling “ MY date of birth, phone number and home address, discussed back and forth of appointment time and day, she further asked the appointment specific location and what trans

The staff here has the entire check-in running like a Swiss watch. My echocardiogram appointment on a busy Saturday was on time! And the tech, Collette, was amazing. If I ever need anything like this again, I will absolutely return. Professional, efficient, kind, and caring. Definitely 5 stars!

Main Street Radiology staff was very efficient and empathetic during the time I that I was there for my procedures. Everything worked out on schedule and I was done very quickly. It was a pleasure to deal with competent and knowledgeable staff when having to go through procedures.
