Main Street Radiology (Bayside)

I have been going there for years. They are excellent. But last time I was there, they had a trainee and she was left alone in the room doing the sonogram for 30 minutes. There was no training/learning done. The supervisor walked in 30 minutes later and did her own scan in about 5 minutes. It would have been educational if the supervisor was actually in the room while the trainee was doing the scan.

This MSR has been a great place to get imaging and procedures done. All the personell, including front desk staff, technicians, nurses, and physicians have been extremely accommodating, gentle and comforting in my experience. Very thankful to all.

Quick admission. Testing facility is immaculate and staff was great. So supportive and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and that all my questions were answered. The sonographer was so kind and contacted the doctor to speak with me without me asking so that my fears were addressed.

I’ve been previous to the Main Street Radiology at the Flushing location for an ultrasound a few times. I dread going for the ultrasound because it was painful every time I had this procedure done. I had this procedure done at the Bayside location last year because the Flushing location didn’t have an earlier date. I am glad that had happened. The man that did the ultrasound was very gentle and for the first time it was painless. This is the second time I went to the Bayside location but it was a different technician. I was worried it would be painful. The woman who performed the procedure was also very gentle. Everyone I had interacted with from beginning to end was very nice, respectful and very professional.
