Main Street Physicians - Murrells Inlet

We started with Rhonda Brown several years ago and she and her staff were outstanding. Recently they have moved their office, changed staff and now customer service is essentially non-existent (excessive wait times) sorry but we had no choice but to change to a better local physician. Sad that we lost our local Primary Care.

I have been a patient of Rhonda Brown's for many years. She is one of the most compassionate and caring professional I have ever met. I highly recommend her to anyone. My husband keeps telling all his friends that he couldn't believe how warmly he was welcomed when he first met her this past year. He knew then that everything I told him about her was so true. I don't know what I would do if she ever decided not to practice anymore.

Rhonda Brown is great, kind, patient and she listens. But she desperately needs an Office Manager. Appointments should NOT be taken by a call center that doesn't know her schedule. It's UNACCEPTABLE to a have a patient arrive, and be told "we can't see you, because your call went to a call center and they don't have our appointment schedule."

Dr. Brown has been treating me for 5+ years and her and her staff are excellent. Dr. Brown always spends quite a bit of time with me and I feel as though she really cares about my health. I would recommend Dr. Brown to anyone. Thank you Dr. Brown for being such a great doctor.

My husband recently switched to this practice as everyone raves about Rhonda Brown. I understand she's great; my husband met her once. He also met with Rhonda's overseeing physician, Dr. Busse. He went in for an appointment that had been scheduled for three months, paid his co-pay at arrival, and waited an hour. He then approached the receptionist to check on progress when he was told it would be ANOTHER hour or two before he could be seen. He had a plane to catch; he had to leave. He was told he could not reschedule for eight weeks, even though it wasn't his fault he couldn't stay for the appointment. (He also was not given his co-pay back.)
