Main Street Children's Dentistry of Miami Lakes

As per usual, the service there was great. The staff were nice and pleasant. I had some issue with the insurance and they let me know right away and was able to solve it quickly. I have been bringing my boys there since they were little and I’ll continue to do so until they can go there anymore.

I love this place. I have friends that work for other dentists but I would not change them from here. Dr. K & Dr. P are amazing with children. I have been coming here for about 12 years (with Dr. K) and both my daughters have no issues (I mean no one likes to go to the dentist) they are not terrified of this place. I was seen for the 1st time by Dr. P and loved her. The staff is very nice maybe the front desk can improve a bit. One front desk staff member acts like she owns the place but other than that this place is great. Surprised to read people's comments complaining about the wait, I am usually out in an hour with my kids. Overall this place is great!!

I’ve been bringing both of my children to this dental office for the past five years, and our experience has consistently been excellent. The hygienists are patient, gentle, and great at making the kids feel comfortable. The doctor is exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. She truly cares about her patients, pays close attention to detail, and always takes the time to ask if I have any questions throughout the visit. We’re extremely pleased with the care and service we receive at MSCD of Miami Lakes.

Dr. K is an excellent dentist—professional, kind, and attentive. Unfortunately, the overall experience was negatively impacted by excessive wait times. Despite having a scheduled appointment, we spent approximately 2.5 hours at the office. During this time, staff repeatedly indicated that we were next to be seen, which made it difficult to plan or consider rescheduling. As a result of the prolonged delay, my children missed an entire day of school unnecessarily. While delays can occasionally occur, this situation felt poorly managed and could benefit from improved scheduling and communication. Dr. K provides great care, but the wait times significantly detract from the experience.

Ive been coming here for years for my son's cleaning and dental work, and it is clear that the wait times have dramatically increased over time. Yes the staff and doctors are competent, but when I setup an appointment 6 months in advance for a cleaning, I dont expect to wait 1.5 hours before I even see the dentist. This place has become a mill. I am going elsewhere from now on.
