Office staff comes in room sticks things up your nose and never explains anything. Dr. Briskin walks in the room with terrible attitude that continued the entire four minutes I was there. I felt bullied by him and was afraid, and therefore unable to express everything I was there for. I felt don’t dare open your mouth because you are down here and the doctor is way up there. Would not recommend to anyone unless he has anger management classes. I’m sure I will get a big bill too for this horrible experience.
The staff was all very friendly and helpful, and my appointment started on time. The location is near the old Lancaster rd parking garage, attached to but not in the Bryn Mawr hospital
Unbelievable, you need a covid test 2 days prior to visit the ENT here. I had to cancel my appointment and go elsewhere.
