I was impressed immediately by the front end registration. I was politely asked to identify myself and was sent to the waiting area. I waited about 35 minutes which I was satisfied with since I arrived at 8:30. The nurse who screened me was positive and friendly also efficient. I waited another 10 minutes and Dr Cannon entered the room. I had seen the doctor in a previous visit and recalled being impressed with how he handled my issues. Dr Cannon again went over the top in explaining my condition which was a head sinus cold with my left ear being slightly clogged. He asked if I wanted to clear my ear and I agreed. This is my go-to destination for urgent care. They are always up-to-date with my information and medical records. The receptionists are welcoming and knowledgeable. The windowed waiting area is pleasant with a nearby cafe adjacent in the building, which fills the need for beverages and snacks. The seating is well-distributed and offers sufficient social distance unless filled. My last visit was for a sprained ankle. I was impressed with the thorough amount of X-rays and hands-on evaluation by the CRN. She did not rush the visit, asked relevant questions, and discussed the treatment plan, offering my input. She provided a therapeutic boot and instructions. I was impressed by the detailed radiology report and, without asking, was given a disk. This will be helpful in further consultations. H

It was very crowded when we arrived. I am not rating the experience of waiting an hour, I am giving Dr. Gregory E. Cannon the 5 star rating. He listened to my father’s chest and right away suggested going to the ER. He checked the status of a few emergency rooms at several hospitals and even though the one we normally go to was the most crowded, my sister and I decided to stick with that one. He called ahead to let them know we were on the way. We checked in and sat down and were called back right away and were taken to a room rather than the hallway. I also think he called to check on him the next day. I was sleep deprived from being in the ER all night and being admitted that I didn’t realize that’s who I was talking to at the time. I am a caretaker for an elderly woman Roberta "Bert" Walton. We came to have her ears cleaned and her oxygen level was 80%, the nurse was very attentive. By the time she came back, the oxygen level went back up.But i'm very happy that she was on it.The doctor whose name escapes me?I'm sorry to say was utmost patient with my friend roberta, who could not hear very well that day. Hats off to the Dr. he is a good man taking the time to type out his commands for my hearing challenged friend. Thank you !!!!
