As others have expressed their process for new patients is a nightmare. They required my records be sent over so they can review them and only then would they tell me if they could actually take me on. Sent records and waited weeks. They confirmed they got them, but needed more time to review. Waited another 2 weeks and called back, they said they never got them in the first place. Extremely rude and disorganized. Never even got to see a doctor there after going back and forth doing everything that was asked of me for a month. Waste of my time.

I was supposed to be a new patient there and received a call from the office manager before my appointment asking for additional documentation that the receptionist never informed me about. I expressed to the office manager I’d take care of it immediately but once again I was never told about this as it was my first time hearing about needing this information. The office manager was very hostile and nasty. Wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone if staff treats new patients this way. The office has open availability which really says something about the practice. They can’t keep patients here! Would give it 0 stars if I could

Been going to Dr Mannone for well over 10 years now. Very straight forward. You have to be willing to work along side with his guidance if you're seeking to better your health.
