Strongly don’t recommend this dentist. Initially, things were okay. But when I asked about some billing and financial questions arising from discrepancies, they didn’t want to treat me anymore. The doctor’s quite irritable and rude, generally, but fundamentally, it’s very odd to not be able to take a couple questions on billing concerns, and remove a patient, who needs dental care. They acted unprofessionally, arrogantly, and unsympathetically, voiding the dentists’s medical obligation as a physician. It’s a shame.

We are truly thankful for Dr. Chau and his team. He’s thoughtful and problem solves any situation. When our little guy was nervous about going to the dentist he came up with solutions to make the child successful and get a full cleaning. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr Chau and his whole team are wonderful! They take the time to listen to you and make sure you have any information you need. They care you are as comfortable as possible and that you are happy with your service. Dr. Chau does a great job advising without being pushy or condescending. I can't recommend Main Dental highly enough!

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. I came here for some fillings based on a friend's referral after a bad experience with another dentist in San Francisco. What a difference! Dr Chau and his team were absolute health care professionals, committed to my health first and foremost. They were organized and able to work with my insurance provider to sort out billing without hassle. Could not recommend this dental location more highly.
