Very welcoming office and wonderful experience with every visit. Nicky is great at accommodating your schedule for an appointment and is very thorough at keeping in touch for upcoming visits or for just a check-in to see how you are doing with your hearing aids. Stephanie is very knowledgeable in accessing your hearing needs and helps you select the specific device that's best for you and your lifestyle. She is very patient, understanding and takes the time to explain everything you need to have a successful experience. I highly recommend this office and Stephanie's audiology expertise.

You just lost two long time customers. WARNING: They only UPSELL and no longer try to repair hearing aids. Wanted 500 to send off and possibly fix hearing aids that they had for over a week already. Went elsewhere and got them fixed same day for a FRACTION of the price. Used to be great and now a horrible practice. They are only trying to sell Phonak brands....Ask them why. Nikki should not be answering phones either, absolutely rude and disrespectful. They only lie to customers. You've been warned! To other peoples remarks on they are slow to help you, that has always been an issue. Numerous times, I had gone in and waited for the person to return from lunch and meander around before seeing my kids.

Very inviting from the time you come in. Front desk staff is very pleasant along with the personal taking care of me in office. Highly recommended this iffice.

We arrived 20 min early and sat there 30 min past the set appointment time. The Ear test specialist was late arriving to work and she passing us approximately 5 times with not even a smaile or a word. After she took a break after only being there for 20 minute's. We eventually walked out. This place has 0 customer service skills. My insurance will be happy to give someone else that 2k.

My mom came in to have her hearing aids looked at for a possible battery issue. Everyone was friendly a quick to check them out and get a replacement on order. Very pleased with the service!!
