I never ever had these horrible experiences with any health professional, here my story: my mom and I had to see this doctor on 2023 , that time my mom was able to walk and did all ADLs however with pain . This Doctor sent us for ultrasound X ray then he came up with Arthritis results but he mentioned it to my mom ‘ there is a treatment but since you are smoking then the treatment is not going to be effective. ‘ poor my mom quit smoking after 50 years of cigarettes smoking, she went through all the emotions of quitting also joint pain at the same time. She made it , we back to him , after 6 months, this time he made her to go through ultrasound, imaging, blood work, they got ultrasound and blood work at his office , more that 20 tubes of blood, she passed out in the middle of it , we ended

I generally don’t write reviews, but after talking about it with my loved ones I feel like I should share my experience. The staff were nice, but the doctor acted like he was rushing through my appointment. He did not listen or let me finish my sentences even when I was trying to answer his own questions, so he couldn’t have been accurate in his notes & guidance. He made a few weird/rude comments towards me & was rude to his staff. He admitted he did not know anything about the condition I was referred to him for, but then proceeded to tell me I didn’t have it. I did not feel cared for. I felt frustrated and unseen, and by the time I got in my car and left after my appointment I was in tears. I had tests done in April. Though I went out of town for a bit but results in August. Been in pain 10 months now. All was good with Doctor and tests. Friday Aug 16th. Appointment. However, doc was ill rescheduled in person a phone call on Monday 19th. Didn't happen so I call hour later. Receptionist was so rude I couldn't even get a word in. Ran me over with her constant talking rudely, I was starting to cry. I tried explaining, she just talked and said are we going to go round and round again! She said doc doesnt call, i said i made Appointment in person with reception. Then said you can be here at 1pm, again I tried explaining my daughter had college orientation, she didn't care and hung up on me. I called back I got answering service. If you are a patient of Dr. Paz then you are very fortunate. I had the pleasure of being his patient when I lived in Ohio. I have rheumatoid arthritis & lupus where I could not reach for things and walking was nearly impossible. While being treated and following all his instructions, I now have a normal life. Thank you Dr Paz you are truly missed.
