Let alone being a wonderful store, the are so giving and supportive of our community. The pharmacy staff is amazing. Whats not to love?
Owner Jolene and Manager Madison were unnecessarily rude and hostile towards me over a transaction issue. I would not recommend purchasing from this establishment and will not return due to this experience
Very disappointed with the service from the pharmacy. Prescriptions are never ready on time and consults are not done for new prescriptions. I agree with other reviews. One person at drive thru and 8-10 people in the pharmacy, but you still have to wait several minutes for anyone to help. If you call ahead to make sure your prescription will be ready, they are still not filled. Time to talk my parents into a new pharmacy.
I love Mahaska Drug. They are so helpful and friendly. I have never had a negative experience there. Even when getting an immunization it has not been unpleasant due to the skill of the tech giving it. I love looking at and buying the beautiful and fun gifts available there. A shout out to Jane and her great team.
Worth the trip from Des Moines to check out their garden selection of ornamentals.
