I went through 2 physical visits, 1 year appart, to Dr. Maged Ibrahim, for weight management. During both visits he did not have any solution for me rather than pushing to prescribe a compounded medication to be dispensed from his wife's own pharmacy. And when I refused strongly during my 2nd visit, he prescribed a medication for weight management and he refused to help with prior authorisation to my insurance, even though the insurance was requesting from him to only send my body mass index, which is an ABC request. My BMI was almost 40 which is too high.This doctor does not care about patients.

Been a patient since 2008. Dr. Ibrahim is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares. I am shocked by the negative reviews, even when I did not have insurance for a short period of time, the office fee was reasonable- it is clearly not about the money. The staff is very friendly and have always been helpful. I have always recommended him and will continue to do so!

I made an appointment for My husband who, fell at home during the weekend. The appointment was on Thursday, March 27, 2024. when Dr. Ibrahim came in, he asked my husband how he was, we all say fine sometimes even if we are not feeling well, can you why the appointment was made because he had fallen at the house, but rather than checking him out to see if there was a problem when she fell he did nothing my husband also told him about another issue that he had about a rash, rather than listen to him he said “we will see you in two weeks”. My husband had to go to the hospital on Friday march 28th where they found he had a broken hip. He had surgery on April 1st where he died. I went to you because I read the reviews which I find them to be misleading THANKS ALOT not being able to prevent his

Dr. Ibrahim is fantastic. He is a great listener and was wonderful with my child when they opened up to him about their depression. Mental health is important part of the study of medicine. His care saved my child’s life. If I hadn’t moved I would still have him as my family doctor.

Wish we could give zero stars! This office and doctor are inhumane and cruel. My husband has an infected ingrown toe and needed to simply get a referral to a podiatrist but were told no, go to an urgent care, go to the emergency room or that an appointment would be months out! He is in excruciating pain every step he takes and this office didn’t care simply because he has medicaid as his only insurance! We had already been to the hospital 3 times for painful surgeries that are only temporary fixes. The podiatrist has to go in and burn something for it to stop. These people should not be in the business of “helping people” when they have no desire to help someone become well. A simple piece of paper is all we needed and would have taken 15 minutes max.
