Magruder Pharmacy at Bassetts

We got our Covid and Flu shots today at the pharmacy. The pharmacist personally took care of us. I cannot tell you how personable, professional and caring he was. Bassett’s/Magruder is fortunate to have him.

My wife had surgery this morning and we stopped here (with a written pain medicine prescription)on our way back to Kelley’s Island. The pharmacy was about to close for lunch as I approached the window. Rather than allow my wife to remain in the car ( and have to wait for over an hour plus for the next ferry) the clerk and pharmacist took the time to fill the order. Great service!

Full disclosure that I am a bit of a biased reviewer, however, Ian and his team are doing an incredible job providing pharmacy services to the public. Scripts are filled quickly and they text you when it’s ready. Always smiling and professional when we pick up our scripts, and they have dog treats ready for drive thru pick ups.
