Don’t get me started with this doctor’s office. Whitney’s nurse is rude as all get out. And I wonder why they’re constantly changing nurses 24/7. I’ve been bringing my kids here for 8 years. And this will most likely be the last year they go here. I highly do not recommend this office for your babies. The amount of laziness is insane. Only person I recommend from here is Dr. Todd Patterson. His nursing team actually cares about the children that come in.

Absolutely don't bring your kids here. The only friendly staff you will speak to are some of the nurses who do the basic check ups. The staff in the office and over the phone are rude. They have no sense of customer service, speak to you like you're an inconvenience. It's your job to have a smile and be friendly, do it. The nurses who are under the doctors are condescending. The doctor my daughter was "seeing", never once actually came to see her in person. It was always his assistant doing the check ups. Overall, very unprofessional. I was recommended this place, I will most definitely not be recommending this office to anyone, ever.

Do not send your kids here . I found this place after my son’s previous dr wasn’t taking his health seriously and after I had been fighting hard for him for 2 years ! I thought I finally found somewhere where he could get the early intervention that he needed. Whitney Caswell had a problem with my son’s father solely bringing him to appointments after I was the one solely taking him for 2 years previously so we agreed he would be the one to take him to all appointments moving forward and that was a problem with her for reasons unknown we explained to her his first appointment there that his father would be the one bringing him . She kept asking if we scheduled appointments for specialists that my son had already seen more than once indicating that they don’t follow up after referring pat

Our children started with a different pediatric office where we didn't feel well taken care of. We switched to Dr. Patterson and he has been wonderful. Our kids are now in middle school and have been seeing him most of their lives. They accommodate our needs, listen to concerns, and give trusted advice. Very happy with this office and especially with Dr. Patterson who seems to truly care about his patients.

Great institution for private communication with your pediatrician and I peaceful home environment that this pediatrician has especially to parents of special needs and psychological problems.
