I took my 7 year old nephew to the dentist to have his first cavity filled. Dr. Marchack said he felt he could do the procedure with gas instead of putting him out but I admit I was skeptical. Dr. Mar hack was fantastic with him and his assistant, Macy was as well. Both showed that they were true professionals and worked wondrously as a team. I can only imagine it is hard enough being a dentist or assistant in the field but doing so with children takes a gift. They both have that!

If you or your loved one has an intellectual disability, this is the dentist you're looking for. You won't have to explain all the little nuances of your life, he gets it. They are moving quickly, but don't take it personally.They are trying to serve as many people as they can. I have seen some reviews that seem to be expecting a lot from a dentist that seems to exclusively treat people with medicaid. Dentist that even accept medicaid are few and far between. Trying to make sure nobody falls through the cracks is stressful. It's a privilege in America to have your teeth professionally cleaned every 6 months. This clinic is helping people that cannot communicate their needs get their teeth fixed, out of pain, and they do a really good job; especially considering their resources.

This is one of those dental practices that is so far into the profit motive that they can't serve their patients well. They are completely inflexible with regard to scheduling. If you need to change a scheduled appointment, you will expect to wait nearly 10 months. I really hope I never have an emergency because I am certain there's no way they can see me on a reasonable timeline. They rely on a patient system that is far too intrusive with regard to the types of information that they collect. They seem like they have no understanding of the problem of collecting information unnecessarily and putting it into a system.
