Me and my wife decided to go here for our anniversary today. I felt like the experience was great up until it came time to check out, all of a sudden the receptionist proceeded to try to force me to tip. She even claimed there was a mandatory 20% tip when there is no signs or any literature that says anything like that. I did end up tipping them, but not the amount they wanted and she continued to ask me over and over again if I was sure if that’s what I wanted to tip. I had to explain to her I have a budget so therefore this is what I’m going to pay. Finally she let it go. This tipping culture is out of control, what if I didn’t even enjoy the experience, am I still expected to tip then? She didnt even ask. I doubt I will be going back to this location. If they are going to require tips,

no effort from my massage therapist. He was petting me instead of giving nice and strong reflexology massage... did not even ask if I wanted strong, medium, or light. waste of my time and money!

We have gone here for years. It is our families favorite place. We are never disappointed and have recommended a ton of people. Great price and always even remembers our names when we call. Just fantastic!

Initially I had left a poor review. My husband had called and made an appointment for my birthday as a surprise. When we got there the receptionist was unable to locate our appointment in the system, to then find out that they also use a paper book system and the appointment was not in the other system. We left disappointed with no intentions of returning. King reached out to my husband to make things right, which we originally blew off out of disappointment. After they reached out to my husband again we decided to give them another chance because we like to support people that care about their businesses and want to fix things when they don’t go as initially planned. With this place I got off to a bad start made appointment for me and my wife for her birthday as a surprise we show up and no appointment lady said sorry I didn’t put in the computer and we cant get us in so we left mad. About a week later King from the other location called apologized and asked us to give the a 2nd chance I blew it off cause I just wasn’t happy with the company. King called again a few weeks later so I decided to give it another try mainly because he put forth the extra effort to make it right cause he actually cared how people vied his company which is the kind of company I wanna do business with and I am glad I did the masseuse was great place is clean and relaxing definitely satisfied with the service received and will be coming back in the future
