I had an amazing experience! Dr. Amie did excellent work and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Amie personality is just as great as their skill — friendly, patient, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt at ease the entire time. If you’re looking for a dentist who is professional, talented, and kind, I highly recommend this office! Ask for Dr. Amie!!

I recommend ALL new patients to request Teanta for cleaning. I'm a new patient. After reading the reviews. I was hesitant coming here but I'm glad I did. Teanta was professional, detail oriented and explained everything she was doing. My blood pressure was high probably due to nervousness after reading the reviews but she assured me that I would be ok. She made me feel like i was in good hands. I had both deep and routine cleaning. I Never had a Hygienist cleaned my teeth that good. Teanta the GOAT cleaning teeth.

My experience was truly a tale of two completely different visits. If you don’t read this entire review, the main takeaway is: schedule with Dr. Anni if you want an excellent dentist and overall experience. My first appointment left me questioning whether this was the right fit. The assistant completing my new patient work-up appeared frustrated with the equipment, and unfortunately that energy translated into the interaction. As a new patient, I felt more like an inconvenience than someone being welcomed. The visit felt rushed and disengaged. When the dentist came in, the experience did not improve. Avoid Madison Yards Family Dentistry – They Wasted My Time and Showed Zero Respect For My Time: Before booking here, read the previous bad reviews and BELIEVE THEM. This place has serious issues with organization, professionalism, and basic patient concern.On my first visit, I specifically requested a routine cleaning. Instead, they tried to upsell me on a deep cleaning (scaling and root planing) that I'd already had done years ago at another office. They flat-out refused to do even a basic cleaning until I "proved" I'd had the deep cleaning previously.I took time off work (with a newborn at home—no small feat) and returned two weeks later—the soonest appointment they had—with the proof they demanded. What a fabulous space and team! I had the most thorough dental exam of my life and the dentist and assistant took the time to explain to me what were the next recommended steps. What I really LOVE about this practice is that they are comfortable talking about costs and payment options AFTER you are out of the chair and in a setting with no pressure to commit to an often significant financial investment for healthy teeth and gums.
