Madison Valley Medical Center

When vacation fun turns into an ER visit, we turned to Madison Valley Medical Center who knocked it out of the park! The care was speedy and efficient. The staff was AMAZING - so caring and kind! Best ER visit I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend this wonderful facility.

I had a bad experience with the lack of information provided by the staff. I called 3 times and talked to 3 different people about my Tb Skin test. I asked them if I had to make an appointment and they said NO I could just come in, they never said anything about specific days of the week to do the test and it’s so frustrating because I had to drive an hour to get in the hospital and was told in the front desk that I could NOT do it today because the test is not provided by them every day. Very frustrating when staff gives you wrong information on the phone and makes people waste their time.

If I could give zero stars I would. The incompetence of the people running the lab is mind blowing. The fact that this is a regular occurrence is a huge red flag of this facility.

The hospital's focus on patient-centered care and dignity is evident in every interaction. Well done, Madison Valley Medical Center.

Every time my wife has went there she gets treated by some rude nurse and seems like a Dr that don't care. She's been a cna in another state and a cna in Montana. She asked the nurse not to put an IV in the bend of her arm bc it hirts the nurse said you'll get it where I put it and put it exactly where my wife asked her not to. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I'll post the nurses name as well as the Dr soon. What a shame. The RN name is Corrie and the DR name is Brown said he didn't want to hear what the nurse said or how she acted. So unprofessional. An EMT came in and told her that it's something that the DR has already ruled out. This is the worst hospital my wife or I have ever been in but it's the only choice we have within an hr drive.
