Why is urgent care 4-6 p.m.? If I have an issue and I'm in pain I need to do it within that specific 2 hour window? Disgusting. Embarrassing. You guys have had these reviews for YEARS and make no effort to improve. I have been falsely charged multiple times. I have been subject to needless panic multiple times because I'm never sure what to do: wait out the pain since the hospital is closed a times you're most likely to have issues or risk a useless ER visit with a hefty $500+ (usually more) price tag that the University doesn't cover. My partner had a UTI and she had to use the bathroom every 5 minutes. Couldn't do anything about it because the hospital has a toddler's bedtime. The community center is open 2x as long. Unacceptable. Damn Midwestern healthcare. You guys have a university

Went to the Emergency room in severe pain.Went on a Sunday early evening.Was treated like I was a bother to all.In and out was their focus.Gave me Fentanyl and made me sick.Gave me something for nausea and then pretty much knocked me out with whatever they gave me next.Sent my husband out of the room when I was getting my IV.Was a little scared,but in so much pain,I didn't care.Told me to take my shirt off, never asked me if it was ok for the male Emt to stay in the room ,just took my shirt off .Was totally humiliated and felt like they didn't care about my feelings.Radiologist gal was totally rude!! Tried to lay down to get some comfort after they had given me the meds,but the radiology gal was in a total hurry to get me in and out in of the radiology room.Lyndsey was the PA.Never asked

Very disappointed in their service.. my son had a circumcision and it wasn’t looking the best.. I took him to the ER and they had no clue what they were doing.. he started bleeding from them handling him and ended up leaving in a worse condition.. I went to urgent care and Sioux Falls and they didn’t even touch him they knew exactly what was wrong in seconds.. should’ve went with my first mind.. I’m never going back to Madison Regional Health again!!

My 92 year old father goes to Dr. Clem. He takes time with him, and doesn't treat him like he is too old to be seen. Dad and I have said many times the best thing we ever did is switch from Sanford in Sioux Falls to Madison. I went to a Sioux Falls Dr. this week , she did absolutely NOTHING. So it depends on the Doctor. In any clinic or hospital there is always someone that doesn't care or doesn't know anything. Dr. Clem is not one of them. We have some good doctors in our clinic.

Warm, knowledgeable staff. We were in and out. Blessed to have a facility this nice in a town so small.
