Madison Pharmacy

Service is excellent here. I used the same Rite Aid for years...which I was very happy with...until they recently closed which is when I found Madison Pharmacy. I wanted to give my business to a smaller local pharmacy instead of another retail chain. I wasn't expecting the same level of automation (automatic refills, refill reminders, refills online, etc) but I was wrong. They have all that and it's very efficient. You can even text them. During my first trip here they had trouble finding me in the system, but were able to pull it right up when I gave them the Rx #. I thought it was because I was new, but it happened again the next time I came in. I gave the Rx number and they found it again like last time, but this time the girl called over a manager and showed her the problem. I

I’ve been using Madison Avenue pharmacy for over a year. I’m on multiple medication’s and I’ve seen. multiple doctors and also multiple pharmacies. Madison Avenue is not like your local CVS they truly care about your medication’s and your health all the staff members are fantastic and if there’s any problems they will help you to the best of their ability. I recommend that everybody use Madison Avenue pharmacy.

Terrible pharmacy. Gave medication that child was allergic to. Never checks if allergies. Bill my insurance for someone else's prescription. Refuses to call the doctor to help with rx clarification. Very unhelpful. Never answers the phone. ignorant in how to bill insurance. stay away!!!

Madison Pharmacy is always there to assist me with all my questions about medications. The staff and service are outstanding, and the pharmacists truly go above and beyond. A big shout-out to the entire team — they never turn me down and always provide excellent care.

I have used Madison Pharmacy for many years. I find them to be professional courteous, caring, very knowledgeable always eager to help satisfy your needs to its utmost. They’ve deliver to your home when asked. I definitely recommend that you try and use Madison Pharmacy for all your needs. Thnku Jk
