The doctor was competent, did a good job. The reason for three stars is they literally discourage parents from staying with their children during visits. I was shocked. They also have you sign a form saying you understand the office doesn't want you using certain language with your child, and that they want you (the parent) in the waiting room. I have never seen this before! I'm sure someone will respond with how much better children do with professional staff than with their parents -- please don't do that. Parental preference to stay with a child must be absolutely respected and never discouraged.

I can say from personal experience that Dr. Watters does a great job making it a great atmosphere and pleasant experience. Her unmatched perspicacity coupled with everyone else’s indefatigability makes them a great place to send your children.

Our kids actually enjoy going to see their dentist! They love Dr Watters! I’ve always had a positive experience with them. As soon as you enter the building, you can actually feel the positive vibe in the office! It’s truly a Great atmosphere! Everyone that works there have excellent attitudes and genuinely seem to enjoy working with kids. I can’t say enough about the excellent treatment our children get from the Pediatric Dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and others that work in the clinic.The assistants at front desk are also excellent and they too match everyone’s cheerful attitude.
