I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent care I have received at Madison Medical & Sports Rehabilitation Center. I especially want to commend Dr. Jodi Bachman for her exceptional support. Dr. Bachman went out of her way to reach out and clear up a minor misunderstanding during a particularly busy time. Her dedication and proactive communication are truly admirable in today’s hectic environment. I look forward to a long-term relationship with Madison Medical and highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service from an awesome team.

Dr. Derosa and Dr. Gunn are fantastic chiros. They are knowledgeable and attentive and have really helped me out with my shoulder/neck. I have been to a few chiros in my day and they are by far and away the best! Their PT Joe Frasciello is an expert! As a football coach I send all of my players to Madison medical to get healthy. Madison medical always gets my boys back on the field healthy and ready to go. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Appointment date and time got a little confusing due to blizzard on 2/23/26, but Madison medical front desk personnel persevered and I was able to be seen on 2/24 for a very important appointment. Thank you for all the rearranging and callbacks. Great job. Carmela Cooke

They got me in ASAP. Staff polite, physical therapist was also polite even though he had so many people. He never forgot about any of his patients. JD I believe was the chiropractor name he was amazing. Dr. Bachman was amazing as well.
