I honestly don’t ever leave reviews but tonight I have to! I had a bad experience many years ago cause of the nurses was so rude about me coming to the hospital cause it was a “ uti “ that’s why there’s primary care doctors and blah blah. It literally made me scared to ever be seen here I dreaded ever coming back.. but let me tell you tonight and sept 18… the doctor and the nurses just EVERYONE all the way around was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!! The care the compassion was amazing ! Lauren was one that definitely stood out she was so sweet and bubbly ! Thank you to everyone who helped me the two visits ♥️

The 1 star is only for Melissa, I think that was her name, who was working in the emergency room. I asked her a question and she came off as really rude. When people come to a hospital obviously they or one of their loved ones are suffering in some way. So having a nurse or whatever she is, having an attitude just makes a stressful situation more terrible. Dr. Huff was amazing and a different nurse was soooo friendly. But, to the lady with an attitude maybe find a different job that isn't in customer service. Takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, but she really rubbed me wrong, it was very unprofessional!!!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The efficiency and quick medical response we experienced last week was nothing short of amazing. The nurses and doctors saved my Dad's life, and I'm so thankful! Dad walked in laughing and joking, but we knew something was wrong. Within 20 minutes of walking in, they had already done tests and a CT, and had Medflight in route. Everyone that interacted with us was amazing- reception, nurses and doctors. I wish I could thank the staff who gave me more time with my Dad ❤️

Came in for apt at 115pm walked up to upstairs reception and lady said be right with you (she was making copies). 2 minutes go by lady walks in behind me walks past me in line and was checked in while receptionist stared right at me. After that i went and sat down nearby wondering what was going on. After few more minutes she yelled across the lobby asking my name. Easily verifiable by hospitol video if anyone from there reads this. This is the only neg experience ive had here and ive been several times for full disclosure.

Extremely disappointed in the decline of this emergency room. Rude doctors that just stare at you blankly and roll their eyes when you ask questions and treat you like absolute crap with a 5 hour MINIMUM stay to top it off. Every time I looked out the door, all staff was seated scrolling their phones. I should upload pics. This used to be the place to go. Staff was kind, prompt and professional. I have no idea what happened but please make the extra drive and go somewhere else. Don’t trust these people to care for you because they won’t.
