I can't say enough good things about my experiences at Madison Dental Care. Although visiting the dentist can cause me some anxiety, from the moment I walked into their bright and clean office, I felt at ease, not only due to the location and bright and cheerful office, but more importantly, the staff greeted me warmly and helped prep me for my appt today. Further, Doctor Brooks is very personable and down-to-earth. He listened carefully to my concerns and suggested several care options, without pressure, before we settled on a plan of action. It's evident he truly cares about his patients as individuals. While I admit the dentist isn't my favorite place to visit, I couldn't be happier with the excellent dental work I received as well as the top-notch patient experience. I wholeheartedl

Great people great staff everyone looks you in the eye when they talk to you in clear understanding terms. I needed a new dentist with a personable touch and the are perfect. I would and will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Dr. Brooks and team for a great experience. You got a life time customer.

Went in for a cleaning and exam. The doctor was out and looked over x-rays a week later. Secretary called with treatment plan. When I asked to speak to the dentist regarding the recommended treatments, I was told he was busy and wouldn't be able to speak to me or call me back. I asked for a copy of my x-rays. Just to be informed a few days later, they asked my insurance to take me off of their office. I simply asked if it was possible to speak to the dentist. Yet they took that offensive. I would not recommend this place unless you won't question anything they do.
