Madison Dental

This has to be the most unsatisfactory establishment I have ever encountered. The experience I underwent was extremely distressing. The dentist was administering a filling and the novocaine was ineffective the first time. As he was drilling, I experienced pain. Then he had to administer two additional shots. The dentist was very rough and unprofessional . The dental assistant was rude. I would never step foot in this place and it was horrible. Protect your teeth and don’t go here !!

I initially went in for an exam after I noticed there was a crack in my tooth. He told me it was a cavity and filled it with something. Within two weeks, the filling had disintegrated, and I noticed my tooth was even more cracked than before. I honestly believe it was the intense drilling he had done on it weakened the tooth and it broke even more. I went in again and asked him to fix it. It was towards the end of the day and he told me that the inner layer of my tooth that he filled was fine and it was just the outer layer that had disintegrated and that overall my tooth will be fine. This confused me because my tooth was literally broken at this point. I told him I would like my tooth to be filled and evened out. He kind of huffed at me and filled it in quickly within five minutes. With

I used to really appreciate this dental office, especially when Josh was the office manager; he kept things running smoothly and professionally. I know he’s been gone for a while….But, Unfortunately since the change in staff, my experience has gone downhill. The young woman currently working at the front desk consistently displays a poor attitude, since the very first day she was hired. Which makes for a very unwelcoming environment. Additionally, personal hygiene should be a basic standard in any professional setting, and it’s disappointing that her’s isn’t being addressed by the current management and/or previous management. While her mother, who I understand helped her get the job, was professional and pleasant, that level of service no longer exists here. Due to the ongoing lack of p

I can’t say enough great things about Madison Dental! The dentists and staff are fantastic—friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. The office is modern, beautifully decorated, and has a welcoming atmosphere. On top of that, their services are very affordable. I highly recommend Madison Dental!

Had a root canal procedure started. They killed my nerves, but failed to tell me I’d need to schedule a follow up appointment for the next step… needless to say by the time I brought it up they told me I NEED to set up my next appointment. Mind you it’s my first ever root canal, my tooth fell out of my mouth. 24 years old… never felt so let down. As a dentist/ receptionist it’s YOUR job to set up my next appointment!! This was about 2 years ago but I still don’t have my tooth back… thanks a whole lot. And the one next to it ended up falling out as well!!
