I have been using their service for approximately four years and have been thoroughly satisfied. They consistently deliver on time, often on the same day, which is impressive. They always answer their phone calls and provide exceptional service. I have experienced a few issues with my prescriptions with the doctor in the past, but they handled them efficiently and delivered promptly. When my mother had to take an emergency flight to Bangladesh last month, I requested three months' worth of medication from them with only about 12 hours before departure, and they delivered almost all of the medications quickly and took care of the matter perfectly.
