Madderra Dental Spa

I have received highly professional, consistent, fair and friendly dental care from Dr. Madderra and his team for about 15 years. As a result of regular preventive care and guidance by Dr. Madderra I have been able to avoid ANY major issues up to this point! In particular, I appreciate the balanced approach he takes to making recommendations so I never feel like I need to wonder if he is selling me on something unnecessarily. His staff has been wonderful and highly competent over the years, from front desk to hygienists. I am thrilled that Dr. Madderra sees me at most of my visits and has always been able to answer my questions quickly. I recommend this practice to my friends all the time and I am happy to add a well-deserved five star review here!

I have been a patient for a few years and Dr. Madderra's dental office is always an excellent experience. Not only is the staff friendly and professional, but the atmosphere is more relaxing than any dental office I've been to. It's modern, well-maintained, and has a soothing ambiance that makes my appointments feel luxurious.

Garret Madderra is the BEST dentist in San Francisco. I know because I worked at his office in the past. He doesn't put mercury fillings. His digital x-ray uses the lowest levels of radiation. The whole office is very clean and relaxing. His staff are all top rate. And I agree with Che, I am shocked that somebody would post a bad review.

I just read the bad review and find it hard to believe. I've been going to Dr. Maderra for over 10 years and I've had nothing but professional service from every person who works there. I've worked in customer service and I know that sometimes things go wrong, so perhaps there was an error, and perhaps the customer who wrote the negative review was kind of a jerk. I would totally understand someone yelling back at them. As far as I'm concerned, in all of my years of going to dentists, Dr. Maderra and his staff are the best. I've never had better. In fact, now I live in the East Bay, but still go to SF for my dentist because they are the best.

Best dentist and dental office experienced I've had the pleasure to patronize for close to 20 years. If you are in in the SF area and require dental services, look no further.
