MacNeal Internal Medicine Residency

On 7/28/25 I experienced the worst service I’ve ever had seen from a doctors office. The front desk clerk was very rude, my appt time was at 3:00pm. He gave me nothing but attitude didn’t even check my chart to see that my form of payment was through my job. He automatically turned me around and told me all the necessary information wasn’t there when I had a previous appointment 2 days prior and had no issues. All necessary paperwork was there. I was unable to return to work or be seen about my health and that was very frustrating as I had driven an hour away to attend this appointment….When I got home and contacted the office to reschedule they told me the information was indeed in my chart ! So I’m not sure if it’s because my ethnicity but this issue needs to be corrected immediately! I

The receptionist for Dr Arellano are so rude and unprofessional, they look like they hate their job. As I was observing One of them was rolling her eyes and giving attitude to someone on the phone while the other was giving attitude to the patients in the office, def need to fire them.
