We recently moved to Slaton in March and were so grateful to finally find such a kind and welcoming doctor. Unfortunately, I became very sick (Autoimmune disease) and completely forgot to reschedule two of my boys’ appointments that were scheduled for that morning. On top of that, I’m a mom of 7, and we had multiple upcoming appointments set up to get everyone caught up on vaccines. A few hours later, my husband called to let me know that the clinic had not only canceled all of our future appointments, but also informed us that our family would no longer be allowed to be seen there. What’s most concerning is that my teenage daughter has a vial of birth control that requires administration by a nurse—something we now have no access to because of this decision. The staff is always nice and helpful. PA Nichols has always seen with a smile on her face. I personally have had no issues in all the years my son has been coming to see her.

Caring and continues to have an abundance of patience and skill when hearing what the concerns of her patients are. The Staff is Caring and prompt in responding in a timely manner when attempting to work you in for an appointment.

Everytime I have been sick Mackenzie takes good care of me!!! Also has Friendly and Caring staff!
