Yesterday, I had an appointment and my doctor was running behind. I understand that things happen. I was patient and waited over an hour to be seen. When I went to the back to have my vitals done, a nurse went over the prescriptions that I take. She listed 3-4 prescriptions that I've never been prescribed. That was the first red flag, especially when I've been going to this practice for over 4 years. Next, the doctor finally comes in and when I tried to explain my current issue, he was very dismissive. He was more focused on an issue that we addressed prior, instead of the purpose of this visit. He basically rushed me out and scheduled me with another doctor in three weeks. This practice just lost a loyal patient.

I came here for a yearly check-up and to complete paperwork for overseas travel. Dr. Cristine Kardas is wonderful, super nice, very helpful, and guided me through the whole process. I would definitely recommend her! The only challenge is that scheduling can be a little tricky since it goes through an automated call system, and it may take a couple of days to get a call back. Other than that, everyone here is kind, professional, and very helpful!

Not a medical provider. Front desk says “We are a business first.” Meaning they put profit over patients. DO NOT GO HERE, profit over patients isn’t safe or ethical.

I have been seeing Dr Brown since 1992, and I think he and his staff provide outstanding care. He actually pays attention to your overall health. He’s very thorough and pays attention to detail. I could go on and on. I have the utmost confidence in them and can recommend them without hesitation! A shoutout to his nurse Tiffany too!

Dr. Brown is great. He actually listens to me and has called me himself at home to check on me. He always listens to me and is very sincere and has years of experience. I recently had a big medical emergency and went to him after I was released from Wake Med and luckily he caught a mistake the hospital made that could have been really bad that the young N.A. made in the medicine they prescribed. Sometimes older is better and more knowledgeable than what’s popular at the moment. Thank you Dr. Brown for all your help.
